5)陕西省教育厅项目:针对复杂螺旋曲面干涉成像数据处理技术,20JK0810,主持。在齿轮及复杂曲面测量领域拥有5项与齿轮及复杂曲面测量相关的专利,包括:
1)基于双光路同步相移干涉的螺旋曲面形状误差的测量方法,2020110698231,提出了一种高精度的双光路测量技术;
2)一种齿轮齿面形状误差的非接触柔性化的测量方法,2020110583149,实现了测量方法的灵活性与通用性;
3)面向齿轮齿面形状误差的变角度同步相移干涉测量方法,2020110635637,突破了传统干涉测量的角度限制;
