Personal Profile
本人主要从事超快光电和太赫兹技术的研究,内容涉及半导体、物理电子、几何光学,物理光学及激光、计算机等多个领域的知识。主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项,中国博士后面上基金项目1项,陕西省自然科学基金项目1项,陕西省教育厅科学技术研究计划项目1项,西安市科协青年人才托举计划项目1项,碑林区科技计划项目1项。作为主要参与人参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,作为陕西省超快光电技术与太赫兹科学重点实验室核心骨干成员参与项目经费累计2000余万元。Trans.Power Electron.、IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics、IEEE Trans. Electron Devices、IEEE Photonics Techonology Letter、Applied Physics Letters、Optics Letters等国际知名SCI期刊发表论文24篇,其中以第一作者在国际SCI I II区Top期刊发表论文8篇,授权发明专利1项。获得2017年陕西省科学技术二等奖,获得西安市第十七届自然科学优秀学术论文一等优秀论文。获2020年度西安理工大学青年科技新星,获西安理工大学科研先进个人2次,入选校第六批优秀青年教师。
本人具体研究方向有:1.超快光电技术及器件 2.太赫兹科学与技术 3.光电导太赫兹源的研制4.砷化镓超快光电开关抖动机理研究5.高功率高重频长寿命砷化镓超快光电开关研制。欢迎对本研究有兴趣的同学欢迎报考超快光电与太赫兹技术课题组研究生。
